Viji Sundaram, MD

Dr. Sundaram was a former high school teacher through Teach for America prior to medical school. Teaching has been an active and joyful part of her medical career ever since.  Having majored in Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech, she has always had a special interest in technology and its application to enhance human lives. Her research interests include access-to-care, cost of infertility treatment, and fertility preservation in transgender individuals. She continues to actively publish and present at national conferences.

Dr. Sundaram obtained her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine in Augusta, GA and also completed her residency in OB/GYN there as well. She completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
