Jacob Christ, MD
Originally from upstate New York, I’ve been fortunate to live, work, and learn across the country and abroad. I studied Human Biology, Health, and Society at Cornell University, where my interest in women’s health first took shape. I went on to attend the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University, during which I spent a year in the Netherlands as a Fulbright Fellow studying polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
After medical school, I moved to the West Coast for residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Washington in Seattle, and then continued south to California for fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UCSF. Along the way, the West Coast won me over, and I’ve decided to make it my home.
My research has long focused on PCOS, contributing data that helped shape the most recent international consensus guidelines. In addition, I’m passionate about expanding access to care, supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, and advancing third-party reproduction. Above all, I’m deeply committed to compassionate, patient-centered care and feel honored to support individuals and couples as they navigate the sensitive and often complex journey of building a family.
