Most Kaiser Permanente members have coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. In addition, many health plans now include coverage for in vitro fertilization (IVF) and other fertility services when specified in the member's Evidence of Coverage (EOC). Effective January 1, 2020, certain fertility preservation services are also covered for eligible plans under California law.
